Camp Days/Time
  • Camp Days: Monday-Friday
  • Camp Times: 9:00am to 1:00pm
  • Monday – Checkin & Sign Waiver
  • Tuesday – Band Photos
  • Friday Morning – Normal Camp Day
  • Friday Afternoon – Camp Concert
Drop-off & Pick-up
  • Drop-off time is 9:00am
  • Pick-up time is 1:00pm
  • Please be on time
What should my child bring to camp every day?
  • Lunch + Snacks + Water
  • Earplugs Recommended
  • Guitarists: guitar, strap, picks
  • Drummers: drumsticks
Do you provide instruments?
  • Yes – Piano, Drums, Mics. Amps
  • Guitar – Please bring – We have a few on hand
Label Personal Belongings

Please label Lunch Box, Water Bottle, Drum Drumsticks, Gig Bags, etc.

Mobile Devices

Campers are responsible for keeping all personal items safe and secure.

Waivers & Medical Forms
  • All forms are completed in-person on the first day of camp.
  • Please advise of any medical conditions at sign-in.
  • If your child has a fever please do not send them to camp.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations received by May 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 1, 2026.
  • If Thunder Road cancels a camp for any reason, participants will receive a full refund.
